In continuation of this office instructions vide reference cited, all the District

Educational Offcers and Addl. Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State are

informed that, a partial modification decision is taken for Broadcasting of the Recorded

Lessons to the 10th Class students for all the subjects through All India Radio in the name of

"VIDYAKALASAM" up to 3 May, 2020. Due to as per instructions issued by the

Government of India, New Delhi, implementing the LOCKDOWN up to 3" May, 2020.

Further it is informed that, after the situation of the COVID 19 LOCKDOWN of 3

May, 2020, it will be reviewed to take further steps for relay of the broadcasting the

remaining the Radio Lessons.

All the District Educational Officers and Addl. Project Coordinators of Samagra

Shiksha in the State are further informed that, "the Prasarabharati authorities, informed that,

the Hindi Lesson on 26-04-2020 will be scheduled from 4.00 PM to 4.30 PM due to there

will be an important broadcast "Maan Ki Baat" of the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India to the

Citizens."

Hence, all the District Educational Officers and Addl. Project Coordinators of

Samagra Shiksha in the State are requested to take further steps on the partial modifications

for relay of the Broadcasting of the Recorded Lessons to the 10h Class students.
