transferring School Grants to Schools Bank Accounts for which green channel PD account are not opened- instructions

In view of the circumstances explained by the FAOs in the review

meeting conducted on 28.02.2020 and the request made by the President

STU, AP, Nellore, and to overcome the problem in transferring the

amounts to PD accounts of schools, the District Educational Officers and

Ex-officio Project Co-ordinators /Additional Project Co-ordinators in the

state are instructed to transfer all types of grants due, to the schools

(which have no green channel PD account) to those school bank accounts.

Further it is informed that while transferring the amounts to school

accounts for which green channel PD accounts have not opened, the

amount lying in the bank accounts of the DPOs (6 accounts) may be

transferred. If no balance is available in the existing bank accounts of

DPO, they are instructed to transfer the amounts to the DPO, bank

account from PD account and then transfer the amounts to school bank

accounts for those green channel PD accounts are not opened. This is the

one time permission for this transaction as the closure of F.Y 2019-2020 is

approaching fastly and to incur the expenditure in time.
