Finance and Accounts wing Monthly review meeting with the APCs, FAOs, AOs of RMSA of all Districts in the State–Reg
In view of the closure of the Financial Year to achieve the targets of Samagra Shiksha
it is decided to conduct a review meeting with all APCs & FAOs on 20.03.2020 by 10.30AM
at meeting hall in the State Project Office to review on the following agenda items.
1. District wise review on Intervention wise receipt and expenditure in Samagra Siksha.
2. Status report on pending balances of EPF/ESI remittances month wise from
01.04.2017 to till date.
3. Review on transfer of School Grants ( Composite School Grant/BRC/CRC/Civil
Work grants) to Schools.
4. Review on balances kept unutilized in Bank Accounts including RMSA Schools.
5. Status on information required for opening of pending PD Accounts to RMSA Schools
and other Schools.
6. Status report on year wise pending advances.
Hence the APCs/FAOs/AOs of RMSA are requested to furnish the said information in
the prescribed format already communicated immediately before 18-03-2020 for review the
points in the meeting.
Therefore, all the Addl Project Coordinators, FAOs and AOs (RMSA) of Samagra
Shiksha in the state are requested to attend the review meeting by 10.30AM on 20.03.2020
