Instructions to District Nodal Persons - Issued

All the District Educational Officers in the State are informed that the

Commissioner of School Education has observed that e-Hazar is not being

monitored regularly in the field. In order to streamline the monitoring of e

Hazar, it is imperative to issue the following instructions:

1. All the District Nodal Persons need to furnish percentage of e-Hazar

attendance in the district along with reasons to the IT Cell of this office

by 11.30AM daily without fail.

2. A fortnight report on e-Hazar attendance should be furnished to the IT

cell without any further reminders.

3. All district nodal persons should attend monthly review meetings which

will be conducted invariably by the Commissioner of School Education,

A.P.

Therefore, all the District Educational Officers are requested to ensure that the

above instructions are followed scrupulously by the District Nodal Persons,

failing which necessary disciplinary action will be initiated against the erring
