All the District Educational Officers in the State is invited to the reference

2 read above, wherein they were requested to submit the information regarding

proposals for handing over the Aided Schools to Government in the prescribed

proformae to this Office in soft copy by 04.03.2020 and in hard copy by

05.03,2020 for taking necessary action. But, no District Educational Officer has

submitted information so far.

Therefore, they are requested to depute the Assistant Director-l of their

office on 12.03.2020 at 10:30 A.M. to this office along with the information in

prescribed proformae now enclosed including information already requested in the

reference 2 read above in soft and hard copy.

All the RJDSEs in the State are requested to pursue the matter with the DEOS

of their jurisdiction and see that the Assistant Directors-1, O/o D.E.Os should attend

this Office along with information on 12.03.2020 without fail.
