The GovernmentofAndhra Pradesh have decided to supplyStudentKits

consistingof(3)pairsofuniformsCloth,TextBooks,setofNotebooks,apairofshoes

andtwopairsofsocks,abelt&SchoolbagtoallthestudentsstudyingfromClassesIto

XinallGovernment/MPP/ZPP/Municipal/ResidentialSchoolsofEducation&Welfare

Departments/Ashram Schools/Aided Schools/ Model Schools/KGBV/Registered

Madarsasinthestateunder“JaganannaVidyaKanuka”.

2. Inthereference3rd&4threadabove,theStateProjectDirector,SamagraShiksha,

submittedaproposalforissuingAdministrativeapprovaltotakeuptheprocurement

andsupplyofStudentsKITswiththecomponentsi.e.,Uniform Cloth,TextBooks,aset

ofNoteBooks,apairofShoesandtwopairsofSocks,aBeltandSchoolBagtoallthe

SchoolstudentsstudyinginclassesI–XinallGovernmentManagementSchools

duringtheAcademicYear2020-21andtominimizethedropouts,whichwilldirectly

impacttheenrollment,studentsparticipationinthelearningactivityandtherebyimprove

thelearningoutcomesofthechildren.

3. TheGovernmentconstitutedaHighLevelCommitteetoprepare,evaluateand

approvethetenderdocumentsand procurementismadethrough e-procurement

processwithreversetenderinginthereference5thcited.TheGovernmentalsoordered

toincludetheproposalofsupplyofStudentKitsunderSamagraShikshafortheyear

2020-21andthe40%matchingStateSharewillbereleasedthroughGreenChannelPD

Account.
