I invite your attention to the subject and references cited.

I am to inform that, the Government has appointed a Vice

Chairman in the rank of Cabinet Minister for implementation and monitoring

of the NAVARATNALU Programme with a direction to review all the connected

departments implementing the programme vide reference 1t cited and the District

Level Implementation and Monitoring Committee of NAVARATNALU Programme

is constituted vide reference 3 cited, in accordance with the orders issued vide

reference 2d cited.

I also inform that, it is decided to conduct the workshop to all

Mandal Special Officers, Municipal Special Officers and Constituency Special

Officers on Navaratnalu and Navasakam Programmes on 05-02-2020 at 3 PM at

VC Hall, New Collectorate, Kadapa.

In view of the above, I request to prepare the notes relating to the

programmes of NAVARATNALAU & NAVASAKAM Programmes being implemented

by your department in the form of ppt containing the guidelines, specific

instructions received from the government for implementation and monitoring

so that the above officers should have thorough knowledge about the

programmes and should monitor the NAVARATNALU & NAVASAKAM
