Vocational Education – Deputing of CRPs to the neighboring districts to the Vocational Education implementing schools

All the District Educational Officers & Ex-Officio Project Coordinators

& Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha are informed that the

State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha, Andhra Pradesh has desired to

conduct a visit in all the 437 Vocational Education Implementing Schools in

the state.

In this regard it is decided to utilize the services of the Cluster

Resource Persons (CRPs) in the state for completing the task.

Therefore the District Educational Officers & Ex-Officio Project

Coordinators & Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha are

instructed to depute the CRPs to the neighboring districts (as annexed) on

05.02.2020 and further the District Educational Officers & Ex-Officio

Project Coordinators & Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha

are hereby informed to communicate the details of the visits to the

concerned CRPs at the earliest to avoid absentism.

It is further informed that the Additional Project Coordinators of

Samagra Shiksha are directed to give the responsibility to Academic

Monitoring Officers of their respective districts for deputing the CRPs. If any

CRP fails to visit the allotted Vocational Schools should be viewed seriously.

Further the CRPs should send the filled visit proforma in register post
