the state - deposit of the cost of the Theft / damaged devices certain

All the District Educational Officers in the State are informed that the

Department of School Education has been implementing e-Hazar Aadhar

Enabled Biometric Attendance System (AEBAS) in 41,601 Government

Schools covering about 1,87,000 teachers duly supplying the Finger Print

Devices and IRIS devices to the schools in the state.

Further, it is noticed by the undersigned that, some of the IRIS devices

were stolen / damaged in certain schools. The information was obtained

from concerned District Nodal Officers pertaining to the IRIS devices which

were stolen/damaged is annexed to these proceedings

Therefore, it is informed that the cost of the IRIS device should be

borne by the responsible person. Hence, the DEOs are informed to obtain

Demand Draft in favor of "The Commissioner of School Education, Andhra

Pradesh, Amaravathi @Rs.16,600/-[Rupees Sixteen Thousand Six Hundred

Only] per IRIS device and handed over the same to the State Nodal Person, e-

Hazar immediately as per the annexure.
