In continuation of this office memo 3rd cited, the attention of all the
District Educational Officers & Ex-officio Project Coordinators / Addl.Project
Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State (Except East Godavari, West
Godavari, Prakasam & Anantapur Districts) are requested to conduct regular
periodical audit on quarterly basis with an independent agency, to verify the
allocation, lifting utilization of rice supplied to the institutions and hostels
and actual strength and present strength of the inmates in the
hostel/institution. Submit the report is undersigned to take further course of
action.
In this connection, this office has not yet received any information that
whether the audit conduct or not.



Therefore, all the District Educational Officers & Ex-officio Project
Coordinators / Addl.Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State
(Except East Godavari, West Godavari, Prakasam & Anantapur Districts) are
once again requested to conduct regular periodical audit as per the earlier
instructions vide reference 3rd cited. Otherwise this office is unable to take
further necessary action in this regard.
This should be tread as “Most Urgent”
