All the District Educational Officers are here by informed that

Government of India, Ministry of Human Resource Development Department of

School Education & Literacy, Shastri Bhavan, New Delhi has stated that

Hon’ble President has launched a web portal of National Youth Parliament

Scheme on the occasion of the Samvidhan Diwas, on 26th November, 2019.

In order to achieve wider participation of institution in the Youth

Parliament Programme, they are requested to

1. Issue instructions to all institution/universities to compulsorily participate

in the online Youth parliament.

2. Universities may be asked to create awareness about the Youth parliament

among the affiliated colleges.

3. Participating institutes may also organize due publicity to the event.

Therefore, all District Educational officers are hereby requested to issue

necessary instructions to all the Heads of the institutions to access the portal

www.nyps.mpa.gov.in to take part in the Youth parliament programme. The

registration for the current session will be open till 28th February, 2020

(06.00pm).
