The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the State is invited to the references

1 &2h on the subject cited and they are hereby informed that the State Level Exhibition and

Project Competition (SLEPC) is scheduled to be held from 11 to 13 February, 2020 at

Annamacharya Institute of Science and Technology, Rajampet, YSR Kadapa Dt. Therefore,

they are requested to issue necessary instructions to the guide teachers of selected students to

attend the State Level Exhibition and Project Competition INSPIRE MANAK 2019-20.

They are further requested to instruct the District Science Officers concerned to coordinate

with the guide teachers of selected students and guide them to further improve the project and

instruct the teachers to report before the District Educational Officer, Kadapa at Annamacharya

Institute of Science and Technology, Rajampet, Kadapa Dt on 11.02.2020 along with selected

students without fail.

In view of the above, the District Educational Officers in the State are requested to

submit the list of selected candidates of District Level Exhibition and Project Competition

(DLEPC) to Director, SCERT, AP and District Educational Officer, Kadapa immediately after

completion of District Level Exhibition and Project Competitions (DLEPC).

The TA, DA/incidental charges of participating students and teachers will be paid at the

Venue.

It is further informed that 80% of total expenditure shall be released to DLEPC and 20% to

SLEPC. Estimated expenditure to conduct DLEPC is as shown in table below.
