With reference to above, you are kindly aware that APCOST has provided a Mathematics Kit

to all District Coordinators, NCSC mentioned at column (3) in below said table, through APSRTC

logistics on 25.08.2018 with the following guidelines:

a) The Mathematics Kit supplied by APCOST is an asset for your district.

b) The District Coordinator has to acknowledge the receipt of said kit

District Coordinator (DC) is responsible for its maintenance.

dWide publicity is required for the availability of kit.

e) Goverment schools may be given priority.

D The log book is to be maintained by DC for Outward & Imward

The DC has to submit the log book details to APCOST every year.

h) While issuing the kit, 1he DC has to obtain the acknowledgement from the barrowing

Mathematics teacher and the same shall be canceled during collecting back

) Al the items/ models/ blocks have to be checked while issuing & collecting back.

) The DC has to hand over the Kit to New DC, if another person has been appointed
