Release of funds towards payment of Maintenance and expenditure Grant and other ame

Model Schools, Amaravati, is pleased to accord sanction for an amount of

Rs.10,25,25,000/- (Rupees Ten Crores Twenty five Lakhs Twenty five thousands

Only) towards payment of maintenance, expenditure Grant for 145 Girls Hostels

attached to AP Model Schools for the year 2019-20 for 03 Months i.e. for January,

February and March- 2020.

Therefore, the Finance Controller / Drawing and Disbursing Officer, Samagra

Shiksha is requested to arrange to release for an amount of Rs. 10,25,25,000/- (Rupees

Ten Crores Twenty five Lakhs Twenty five thousands Only) from PD account (Green

Channel) of Samagra Shiksha under Secondary component (Recurring grants) to the

PD Accounts of 145 Girls Hostels attached to Model Schools (List Enclosed) towards

incurring expenditure of maintenance grant in the Girls Hostels.

Samagra Shiksha has already sent the proposals to CFMS for Generating PD

Accounts for Girls Hostels attached to AP Model Schools.
