District Educational Officers in the State towards payment of

Honorarium to Data Entry Operators/Computer Operators

working under APOSS for the period from April 2019 to

December 2019 -Orders issued.

The Director, APOSS is pleased to accord sanction for Rs.

17,53,547/- (Rupees seventeen lakhs fifty three thousand five

hundred and forty seven only) to the respective District Educational

Officers indicated in the Annexure enclosed towards payment of

Honorarium to the Data Entry Operator/Computer Operator for the period

from April 2019 to December 2019.

The Accounts Officer of this office is therefore requested to release

an amount of Rs. 17,53,547/- (Rupees seventeen lakhs fifty three

thousand five hundred and forty seven only) from the Intermediate

Student fee Account of this office to the DEOs concerned as detailed in the

Annexure enclosed to these proceedings.

All the District Educational Officers/ District Coordinators (APOSS) in

the State are requested to release the amount to the operators by way of

cheque/ e-payment only and requested to render detailed accounts to the

Director, APOSS along with Utilization Certificates/ Acquittances for the

grants now sanctioned and also submit the UCs of previous year i.e. 2018-

19 immediately, except Srikakulam, East Godavari, Prakasam, Chittoor

and Ananthapuramu Districts, otherwise action will be initiated against the

defaulters.
