Mid-Day Meal Scheme – Procurement of eggs under MDM scheme and ICDS – Government orders for procurement at Divisional Level (Education) - Guidelines for pr ocurement – Modification Orders
All the DEOs in the State are informed that in this office proceedings
read above while enclosing a copy of the tender document necessary
guidelines were issued for floating tender for procurement of eggs under
MDM scheme through reverse tendering process.
Under Point.2.1 (page9) of the tender a small typographical error
occurred and need to be corrected immediately. The DEOs are therefeore
requested to replace the words "(2.5% of the bid value of the district"
under EMD condition (Condition No.2.1 of page 9) with "2.5% of the bid
value of the division".
Further, they are requested to float the tender
immediately and give
wide publicity through all media of the reverse tendering process, adopted in
the tender. The press clippings shall be submitted to this office immediately.
