The Chief Accounts Oficer/ Assistant Accounts Officer of this office is

informed that the Government have sanctioned an amount of Rs.

1,59,37,90,000/- (Rupees One Hundred Fifty Nine Crores Thirty Seven

Lakhs Ninety Thousand Only) vide 3rd read above in response to this office

letter 2d read above from the BE 2019-20 towards 2nd instalment of

Recurring Central Assistance for implementation of Mid Day Meal Scheme for

classes I - VIII.

Hence, the sanction is hereby accorded to release of amount of

Rs.159,34,30,000/- (Rupees One Hundred Fifty Nine Crores thirty Four lakhs

Thirty Thousand Only) to distribute to all the Districts under the following

components and Heads of Account towards cooking cost, CCHs, food grains,

MME, etc. and remaining amount of Rs.3,60,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Sixty

Thousand Only) wil be kept in the Head Quarters towards outsourcing

salaries and vehicle transportation.
