maintenance of Toilets for making payment of Honorarium to Sanitary workers

Sanction is hereby accorded for release of an amount of Rs.41,96,65,500/

(Rupees Forty One Crores Ninety Six Lakhs Sixty Five Thousand and Five Hundred

only) to the all District Educational Officers in the State for clearing the bills

towards maintenance of Toilets for making payment of Honorarium to Sanitary

workers under YSR School Maintenance of Toilets Scheme from August to December

i.e. for 05 Months .

Further, all the District Educational Officers in the State are requested to

utilize the amounts towards maintenance of Toilets for making payment of

Honorarium to Sanitary workers under YSR School Maintenance of Toilets Scheme

from August to December i.e. for 05 Months is as shown in the Annexure.

The Assistant Accounts Officer of this office is directed to surrender the

above amount and the Chief Accounts officer of this office is requested to

distribute the above amount to all the District Educational Officers in the State for

4th Quarter of F/Y 2019-20.

All the District Educational Officers in the State are requested to ensure

that the amounts are not lapsed and take action to clear all the pending bills

immediately and report compliance.
