invite your attention to the references cited and you are aware that, Government in

G.O.Ms.No 151 Finance(SMPC-) Dept, Dated 18.07.2011 have sanctioned 4048 additional

posts in Urbaa Local Bodies amongst which there are (9) Education Officer posts sanctioned

in the Rajahmahendrávaram, Kakinada, Eluru, Guntur, Nellore, Tirupathi, Anasthapuramu,

Kadapa and Kurnool Municipal Corporations. The GO Stipulates these to be filled by

deputation from Education department. However, all (9) posts have been kept vacant so far

and the posts are yet to be integ

ted with the existing Municipal Teacher Service Rules.

In the reference 4th cited, certain Teacher's Unions representatives bave requested

(his office to fill up the posts of Education Officers sanctioned in the Municipal Corporations

from the senior most Head Master of Municipal High School in the interest of students and

ndministration

temporarily with senior most Municipal Head Masters as per seniority and eligibility on

deputation basis initially for a period of one year without any financial commitment under

exigency and not to keep them vacant, to strengthen the Education System and better
