Civil works for elementary education- Review of progress - Poor performance in the districts
During the review of civil works under AWP&B 2Otg-2O for interventions like ACRs,
Boys Toilets, Girls Toilets, Major Repairs, it is observed that the performance of the
Site Engineers and Dy. EEs in the districts is not satisfactory as most of the works
yet to be grounded even after lapse of 5 months from the date of sanction.
As seen from the reports received from the districts while uploading in the PMS
portal, it is noticed that the performance in grounding the works in some of the
districts is far satisfactory which shows gross
negligence and dedication in
discharging their basic duties at the gross root level i.e., Site Engineers and Dy.EEs.
