All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education District

Educational Officers/ Principals, IASEs, CTE and DIETs in the State are informed

that, the Chief Electoral Officer & EO PRL Sedretary to Govt, Govt. of Andhra

Pradesh vide reference read above, necessary instructions were issued to all

the District Collectors & District Election Officers for celebrations of the 10th

National Voter's Day to be held on 25-1-2020. The theme of the 10th NVD is

"Electoral Literacy for Stronger Democracy" and the activities taken up in the

run up to NVD shall have special focus around the theme.

Further they are informed that, certain activities shall be undertaken in

connection with the NVD on 25-1-2020 at district level under the overall

supervision of the District Election Officer.

As a part of it, the Commissioner of School Education, A.P., is requested

to issue necessary instructions to all the Heads of Educational Institutions under

he/she control to conduct certain competitions to the students of Upper

Primary schools, High Schools, Colleges.

Therefore, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education / District

Educational Officers / Principals of IASES, ¢TE and DIETS in the State are

requested to conduct competitions to the students in all Upper Primary / High

schools and IASEs, CTE and DIETs duly following the guidelines & topics as

mentioned in the reference read above in their respective schools/ colleges.

in coordination with the District Collectors & District Election Officers and

submit reports to their respective District Election Officers without fail.
