Identification of Resource Persons and Venue Orders Issued.

The attention of all District Educational Officers in the state is invited

to the subject cited, they are hereby informed that Comprehensive Learning

Enhancement Programme as a part of Samagrasiksha is scheduled to be conducteed

at District Level from 22-1-2020 to 30-1-2020 (except on 26-1-2020) in Residential

mode @ 4 Resource Persons from each mandal in the district.

In this connection, all the District Educational Officers in the State are

hereby requested to identify 4 Resource Persons from each mandal and also

identify suitable venue for Residential training having facilities i.e, biometric

attendance, wifi connectivity, computer, printer, and projector. They are further

requested to arrange lodging, boarding, drinking water and proper toilet facilities at

the venue for the resource persons. The Principal of the DIET shall be the Training

Coordinator and the DCEB Secretary shall be the Nodal Officer. The District

Educational officer shall be the overall in charge for the said programme.

They are informed that funds will be released by SamagraSiksha to incur

the expenditure for the above said programme as per the unit cost of

An additional amount of Rs.1,00,000/- shall also be released by

SamagraSiksha.

SamagraSiksha to meet the contingent expenditure for the above said programme.

Therefore, they are requested to take necessary steps to conduct the said

programme as per the schedule and submit the identified resource persons list to

this office i.e, name, designation, working place, mandal and mobile no. to this
