Project Coordinators / Addl.Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the

State (Except East Godavari, West Godavari, Prakasam & Anantapur

Districts) are invited to the references read above, the Commissioner of Civil

Supplies, A.P., Vijayawada has informed vide reference 1st cited that the

Under Secretary to Government of India, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, food

& Public Bhavan, new Delhi has stated that department of F, & PD has been

making allocation of feed grain to State/UT for Welfare Institutions and

SC/ST/OBC Hostels as per guidelines dated 01.09.2017 (Copy enclosed).

The Under Secretary to Government of India has further stated that

“as per schematic document dated 01.09.2017, at para (XV) it is stated that

there should be regular periodical audit of the scheme at States/UT level

and the State Government/UT Administration must submit Audit report for

the period it was completed along with the Utilization Certificates.

The Under Secretary to Government of India has requested to submit

audit report which is mandatory, for considering the allocation of food

grains, failing which no allocation would be considered for the 11st half of

2020-21 onwards.
