15,000/- to each eligible mother or recognized guardian who is below poverty line

household and sending their children to Schools / Colleges from Classes I to Xll -

Release of Budget towards the meeting the expenditure for Stationary, Printing,

Internet Charges etc.- Orders Issued.

17-12-2019 and 20-12-2019.

ORDER:

In continuation to the instructions issued in the reference read above the attention

of all the District Educational Officers, Additional Project Coordinators (SS) and Mandal

Educational Officers in the state are informed that Jagananna Ammavodi program is being

implementing in the state and the process of identification of eligible mothers is under

progress.

In this regard, necessary directions have been issued to Additional Project

Coordinators (SS) to release an amount of Rs. 5,000/- ( Rupees Five Thousands Only ) to

all Mandal Educational Officers to meet the expenditure towards the expenditure for

Stationary, Printing, Internet Charges and other logistical charges etc. related to

Jagananna Ammavodi program.

In order to purify the data, it has been decided to conduct social audit once again

and the list of all the students has to be printed and displayed once again. Subsequently,

final list of eligible mothers has to be printed and submitted to Gramasabha for approval.

Further all the Additional Project Coordinators (SS) in the state are instructed to

release an amount of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousands only) to all the Mandal

Educational Officers to meet the expenditure towards the expenditure for Stationary,

Printing, Internet Charges and other logistical charges etc. related to Jagananna Ammavodi

program.
