Repairs to Kitchen Sheds and replacement of Kitchen Devices

The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the State is

invited to the reference read above and they are informed that in the

letter cited the Government of India have conveyed the approval of PAB

for release of the amounts on the following items/ components:

1. Repairs to Kitchen Sheds, constructed 10 years back

2. Replacement of Kitchen Devices

3. Development of Kitchen Gardens

4. Supplementary Nutrition to children

Government of India have requested for submitting the U-DISE

numbers, name and address of the schools, where funds are to be

provided for these components.

With regard to item/ component Nos.1 & 4, the District Educational

Officers are informed that based on their report the proposal was placed

before the Planning Approval Board, Government of India. The district-

wise number of Kitchen Gardens proposed for development and Kitchen

Sheds proposed for repairs are provided under Annexure.

The District Educational Officers, therefore, requested to submit the

details of the schools along with U-DISE code and complete address within

two days without fail as the report is to be submitted to Government of

India for release of funds.

This must be given top priority.

This has got the approval of the Commissioner of School Education,

Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati.
