MDM –Failed Payments from March 2018 to October 2018 – instructions issued

All the District Educational Officers in the state are informed that the
payment of Honorarium and Cooking Cost were made at state level during the
period from March 2018 to October 2018. In this period some payments were
failed due to the following reasons.
• Change of Cook cum Helpers.
• Non-acceptance of bills by CFMS on the ground there is a change in 
account number/ name in comparison with previous month to the Bill.
• Mismatch of Account Number with Aadhaar Number.
• Mismatch of the names of the persons working with the bank account 
numbers.
At present the payments of Cooking Cost and Honorarium to CCH are being


made at district level only.
Therefore, while enclosing the list of district-wise failed payments, all the
District Educational Officers are requested to make necessary payments for the
bills at district level only after confirming that those are not paid earlier. 
This has got the approval of Commissioner of School education, A.P.,
Amaravati.
