In the reference cited, the online report of centralized
monitoring on MDM held on 11.12.2019 was analysed and noticed poor
pertormance form certain districts as shown below.

In view of the above, Mandal wise visiting progress is also herewith
attached and identify the non performing officers
In view of the above all The District Educational Officers, are
requested to inform all the DyEOs, MEOs, ADs that dereliction of orders of the
CSE will not be tolerated further. They are also requested to take necessary
action to improve the progress in the next visit. Any such derelictions further
will be viewed seriously.
