covered under CPS - Infcrnation Request Regarding.

The attention of all the District Educational Officers/RJDSEs in the state is

invited to the reference 2 read above whorein they were requested to furnish the

information of all teaching and Non teactang Staff of their respective jurisdiction

Who were appointed after 01-09-2004 covered under Contributory Pension

Scheme and mention specifically category wise how many have joined after

01-09-2004 the said date in the prescribad proforma immediately. But, except

DEO, Vizianagaram, the. remaining DEOs have not submitted the information in the

prescribed proforma.

Hence, they are requested to pay their personal attention to this item of work

and submit the information within 3 days wthout fail. if any deviation, the matter

will be brought of the notice of the Commnisioner of School Education, AP
