All the District Educational Officers in the State are informed that the

Govt. have appointed the Commissioner of School Education, A.P., as Nodal

Officer to organise Conference on “Transforming Education for Humanity

(TECH) 2019 jointly with UNESCO MGEIP, New Delhi from 10th to 12th

December, 2019 at Visakhapatnam.

In this context, the UNESCO-MGEEP, New Delhi has finalised the lists of

participants to participate in the Pre-conference and Conference in

connection with TECH-2019 to be held on 8th&9th December, 2019 at GITAM

University, Visakhapatnam and Conference at Hotel Novatel, Visakhapatnam

from 10th-12th December, 2019. The copies of the workshop wise day wise are

enclosed herewith.

Therefore all the District Educational Officers in the State are

requested to issue necessary instructions to all field officers to relieve the

concerned participants (list enclosed) of their respective jurisdiction to

participate in the pre-conference and conference
