The attention of under mentioned District Educational Officer / Ex-
Officio Project Directors of Samagra Shiksha and Additional Project
Coordinators of SS are invited to the reference 2nd read above , wherein
Collective Good Foundation was accorded permission to implement the
Hygiene Education Programs in 1000 Primary Schools of 7 districts viz.
Guntur, Krishna, Prakasam, Nellore , East Godavari , West Godavari and
Vishakhapatnam during the year 2O19-20 and 24 KGBV schools of Guntur
Distract and 11 Model schools of Prakasam District as part of Swachh
Vidyalayafor improving the behavioural change of students with the
support of Dettol Banega Swachh India (DBSI) Campaign. The list of
schools are herewith enclosed. 
In this context, as part of program process, Collective Good
Foundation has proposed to recognize the best schools on ‘Swachh
Vidyalaya’ Puraskar (SVP) parameters and to take up assessment of
schools through Mobile application to award the Best Schools where the
‘DBSI’ program is being implemented. 
Accordingly, the State Project Director SPD Samagra Shiksha Andhra
Pradesh is hereby accorded permission to Collective Good Foundation






(CGF) to take up Swachh Vidyalaya Puraskar process as per the following
guidelines and organize the event to present the award to the best
selected schools at their own cost. Guidelines and assessment procedure
are as follows:
