The attention of all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and

District Educational Officers in the State is invited to the references read
above Sri. N.Sanjay, IPS, Inspector General of Police, Training, A.P. PHO,
Mangalagiri has conducted a video conference with all the Regional Joint
Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the State
and with selected Headmasters for implementation of Student Police Cadet
Programme (SPC).

The Student Police Cadet Programme is a prestigious, Nation-wide




educational programme for the school going children (8th & 9th standard
students only) in India started by the Ministry of Home affairs (HA),
Government of India. Objectives of the Student Police Cadet Programme
(SPC) programme are to impart values to school going students to enable
them to become responsible citizens. The programme intends to introduce a
robust Interface between Police and school going Students.
