The attention of all the the District Educational officer & EX-officio Project
Officers /Additional Project Co-ordinators in the state is drawn to the rererence
read above, wherein the Govt. of Indla have allocated an amount of Rs.402.66

lakhs towards self defence training for 76,626 girl students of 6 7th and sth
classes studying in 4474 MPUP schools @ Rs.9000/per school for 3 months for
the self defence training. The main objective of the scheme is to reduce the
crimes against the girls and women in the country and it is important to provide
