Ail the District Educational Officers & Ex officio Project Coordinators and Additional
Project Coordinators (APCs) of Samagra Shiksha in the State are informed tha! the secretary to the government of India, Ministry of Human Resource Developmen! Department of Schooi
Education and literacy has informed to conduct the "Ek Bharat and Sherestha Bharat (EBSB)"
continue from the academic year 201.9 to June 2020 in all Management schools of primary to
Secondary in 13 district of Andhra pradesh.
2' In this regard, all the District Educational Officer & Ex officio project coordinators and Additional Project Coordinators (APCs) of Samagra Shiksha in the state are informed that to
conduct the following calendar activities as per the "Ek Bharat and Sherestha Bharat (EBSB)" guidelines in their respective districts. The MHRD, GoI has designed the states/Union
Territories have been grouped in 16 pairs (copy enclosed Annuexure-1). This pairing will
continue for the current financial year 2079-20. The state of Andhra pradesh has paireJ with
the state of Punjab.
3' In view of the above, all the District Educational Officer & Ex officio project
Coordinators and Additional Project Coordinators (APCs) of Samagra Shiksha in the State are
requested to conduct the events/activities in their respective district as per the MHRD
guidelines with Paired state of Punjab in all the schools as per the calendar activities in the
annexure -2' These activities are to be integrated with regular school activities without any
need for extra classes' Incentives/recognition may be given to sfudents for good performances in EBSB activities' Further, adequate publicity may be given to activities cond.ucted undqr
EBSB, and innovative and effective ways may be used to reach out to the larger community.

4' Therefore, all the District Educational Officer & Ex Officio project Coordinators and
Additional Project Coordinators (APCs) of Samagra Shiksha in the State are requested to issue
