The Commisioner of School Education and Ex-officio Project Director,

Samgra Shiksha (Secondary), AP Ibrhaimpatnam, vide reference 2nd cited has

released funds and deposited in the SCERT, PD Account No. 40/CRT, towards

conduct of Kala Utsav Programme.

Accordingly. the Director, SCERT, A.P. Amaravathi hereby accord

sanction for an amount of Rs.3,90,000/- (Rupees Three lakhs Ninety Thousand

only) to all the District Educational Officers and Ex-Officio Project Officers of

Samagra Siksha (RMSA) in the State to conduct the District Level Kala Utsav

Programme, 2019 from 4-12-2019 to 5-12-2019. The Vocal Music Solo &

Instrumental Music Solo will be on 4-12-2019 & the Solo Dance and Solo Painting

will be on 5-12-2019.

to 5/12/2019.

2. The Dates of the State Level Kala Utsav Programme/2019

From 17/12/2019

to 18/12/2019 at St. Joseph's Pastoral Centre, Diocese of Vijayawada.

2. Instrumental Music (Solo)- 1. Male Participant & 1 Female Participant.
