On verification of the bills relating to honorarium to cooks for the months of

January to August 2019, it is observed that the honorarium was claimed for the schools

which are havingZero enrolment .

The District Educational Officers concerned are requested to recover the paid

amount and not to claim the same in future. They are further requested to fix up the

responsibilities for wrong confirmation of bills and report compliances.

Any deviations will be viewed seriously.
