I invite your attention to the references cited, where in the State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha has instructions for selection of the PGTs on part time basis in the 140 KGBV Intermediate Collages sanctioned/ upgraded during 2019-20.
Further in the State project Director has also issued instructions to make temporary arrangements where there is a staff gap for want of eligible candidates, to utilise the services of the subject expert SO/ CRTs / Retired lecturers who are eligible and willing to work as PGTs on hourly basis by paying the remuneration fixed therein.
Instances have came to the notice that, in some of the districts, selection process of the PGT was not completed, which lead to many
problems in running the Intermediate section in KGBVs. Since the academic year 2019-20 is started, there is a dire need of faculty in KGBV intermediate collages for smooth running of the academics of the KGBV Intermediate collages.
Hence I request you to look into the matter personally and take immediate necessary action for completion of the PGTs selection and report
