All the District Educational Officers & Ex officio Project Coordinators and

Additional Project Coordinators (APC) of Samagra Shiksha in the State are informed that as

per the reference 13 cited above the under Secretary to the Government, Government of

India, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Department of School Education &

Literacy informed that to celebrate constitutional day on 26th November 2019 and

subsequent activities culminating in Dr. Ambedkar Jayanti on 14.04.2020.

In this regard, All the District Educational Officers & Ex officio Project Coordinators

and Additional Project Coordinators (APC) of Samagra Shiksha in the State are informed

that to conduct the following calendar activities in their respective districts from 26.11.2019

to 14.04.2020.

In view of the above, all the District Educational Officers & Ex officio Project

Coordinators and Additional Project Coordinators (APC) of Samagra Shiksha in the State are

requested to conduct the events/activities as per the MHRD guidelines to the School

Students for the classes 6" to 10 classes in their respective Districts as per the calendar

activities as per the annexure -1 (enclosed).

All the District Educational Officers & Ex officio Project Coordinators and Additional

Project Coordinators (APC) of Samagra Shiksha in the State are informed to utilize the

budget from District Management cost for conducting the events at School. Divisional and

District Level.

Additional Project Coordinators (APC) of Samagra Shiksha in the State are informed to

conduct the other calendar of activities as per the guidelines annexure -2 (enclosed) and

report to the State Project Director Samagra Shiksha in the annexed-3 (enclosed). Report

Further, all the District Educational Officers & Ex officio Project Coordinators and

format for onward submitted to MHRD Govt. of India.
