Attention is invited to the reference read above, where in a letter was addressed

to all Additional Project Coordinators in the state to take the action on cloth delivered

by the supplying agency i.e., APCO at the Mandal point.The cloth should be cutting at

Mandal point and supply to the School point as per the requirement. Further they are

informed that this item of work should be taken as top priority and hand over to the

parent committees for the distribution to the mothers at the school point.

The Principal Secretary, School Education Department has instructed in the Video

Conference dated 11.11.2019 to all the District Educational Officer and Ex-officio District

Project Coordinator and Additlonal Project Coordinator in the State to distribute the

cloth to the parents immediately and take appropriate action for stitching of uniforms.

They are further instructed to furnish a daily progress report on supply of stitched

uniforms and cloth to the children to the State Proje ct Office, APS,Amaravati without

fail, Since for the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh is very particular of this
