ORDER:

The District Educational Officer & Ex-officio Project Coordinator / Additional

Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha are informed that, consequent on the merger of

RMSA & SSA in to Samagra Shiksha, all the Girls Hostels attached to the Model Schools in

the State are brought under KGBVs (Type IV). Hence the services of the ANMs is to be

extended to the Girls Hostel attached to the Model Schools for medical services on the ill

health issues.

Therefore ll the District Educational Officer & Ex-officio Project Coordinator/

Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha are here by requested to issue directions

to all Special Officers of the KGBVs of their respective district to extend the services of ANMs

for two days in every week to the nearest Girls Hostels attached to the Model Schools to

provide medical services to avoid the ill health issues. Further the Special officers are

permitted to pay actual travel and DA expenses to those ANMs towards transportation

charges fom the miscellaneous account of the KGBV concerned.
