Guidelines for Scrutiny/ Editing and confrmation of

All the District Educational Ofcers in the State are informed that

the AI Wise SSC and Intermediate admission data for the year 2019-20 is

hosted in our website: www.apopenschool.org.

All the District Educational Ofcers in the State are requested to

constitute Teams of District Level Admission Verifcation Committees for

SSC and Intermediate separately consisting of three members in each

Team. The number of teams required to be constituted is given in the

Annexure basing on the number of admissions made in the district and to

complete the verifcation in the given schedule. The committee members

can be nominated in the cadre of Jr. Lecturer/School Asst./S.G. Teacher

working in Govt. Jr. College/Govt/Z.P/Mpl. High School functioning as study

center of APOSS. Each committee should verify at least two hundred

applications per day and it is proposed to constitute committees @ 1000

applications in view of the urgency of the work.

Functions of the Admission Verifcation Committee:

1. Scrutinize the online admission data with reference to the supporting

documents submitted by the AI Coordinators:

a. The candidate admitted into SSC course produced prescribed supporting

document in support of his/her Date of Birth.

b. The candidate is having prescribed basic educational qualifcation (SSC) for

admission into Intermediate.

c. Only candidates who have produced valid supporting documents in support

of their community status have availed fee concession.

d. Only candidates who have produced valid supporting documents in
