The attention of the District Educational Officers and District Project Officers of Samagra Siksha is drawn to the references cited. In the discussions on 03-10-2019, the Special Secretary to Finance, Govt. of A.P., has. strictly instructed for the opening of Green Channel PD Accounts to all the SMCs/CRCs/MRCs in the State.
Hence all the District Educational Officers in the State are requested to obtain the information in the Annexed Format-I from the SMCs through the MEOs concerned immediately and handover the information to the District Project Officers APSS without fail. |
Further the District Project Officers are directed to co-ordinate with the District Educational Officers in the matter and send the
consolidated report of their District to the under signed for the opening of Green Channel PD Accounts to the SMCs at the earliest possible
