All the Commissioners of the (59) Urban LocalBodies, where Municipal Schools exists, are

hereby informed that permission has been accorded last year to conduct ULB Level, District Level

and State Level Tournaments by forming State Tournament Committee, Organizing Committees,

ULB Level Selections and District Level Selections and issued certain Organization instructions vide

reference 1

2. The undersigned desires to conduct a State Level Tournament at Guntur for this year also

and with regard to other activities the following are informed here under:
