In the reference cited above, the Director General, APHRDI, Bapatla has requested to nominate 50 Head Masters from the School Education Department to participate in the training programme of 3-day Residential Training Programme on “Leadership Development
Techniques” from 14"" to 16" October, 2019 at APHRDI, Bapatla. The APHRDI, Bapatla has further informed that, they will gladly take care of the participants’ accommodation and
other logistic support at Bapatla and requested to reply before 11" October, 2019 will substantially facilitate the conduct of the programme. As the programme is likely to be started by about 9.30 AM on 14"" October, 2019 it would be advisable that the participants
arrive at the venue on the previously evening. Mrs.Naiza, Training Coordinator, Mobile:7013654298 will coordinate further from APHRDI.
2 Therefore, the District Project Officers, SSA and the District Educational Officers and Deputy Directors of the Tribal areas in the State are requested to issue necessary instructions to the list enclosed UP School Head Masters to participate in the said 3-Day Capacity building programme on “Leadership Development Techniques” from 14.10.2019 to 16.10.2019 at APHRD, Bapatla of residential mode training programme well in advance without fail.
3, Further it is informed that the enclosed lists of UP School Headmasters are requested to attend the said programme at APHRDI, Bapatla, Guntur district
