This is to inforrn you that, Sarva Shiksha Abhi-yan (SSA), Andhra

Pradesh rvill be organizing a two day National Seminar on Mahatma Gandh-ii's

Nai-Talirn: Education for Head, Heart and Hands in commelrsuration of 1qOtt'

Birth Anniversaryz of the Fathr:r of the Nation - Mahatma Gandhi from '27ttt to

)gttt September, '2OIg at APHRDI, Bapatla, Gunturu District. Around 150

participants are expectecl to participate in this National setninan' across the

Natiol inclr-rding the schools that have adopted Nai- Talim methodologl'.

Further it is to inform that, 86 Government school teachers would be

participating in the tr.vo clays Nationai Seminar frorn all 13 districts (As per

Annexure I) across the State on 27ttl ancl 28tr' Septembt>r,2019.

In adclition, I woulcl like to inform you that as Dussala Holidays rvould be

commencecl lrom )Qttr September, 2Ol9 and the last r,vorking daf iq on

28.O9.2O19. Hence, I request all the District Educational Officers in the State

to treat 27n', & 28th Septernber 2019 as OD for the teachers r,t'ho will palticfpate

in the National Seminar. The District wise list of Govt. teachers is enclosed

along with this Memo.
