Enhancement of Honorarium from Rs.1000/- to Rs.3000/- per month to Cook Cum Helpers working under Mid Day MeaI Scheme- lnstructions lssued

enhancement of honorarium payabte to Cook-cum-Hetpers from Rs.1000/- to

3000/- with effect from the month of August 2019. But, it is learnt that some of

the District Educational Officers have atready

made payment of honorarium with

enhanced amount of Rs.3000/- per Month from the month of Feb/ March-2019

based on the G.O 1st cited.

Government in its G.O.3rd read above have issued orders superseding the

orders issued in the GO lst read above and ordered for payment of enhanced

honorarium with effect from August-19. Therefore, there is a need to recover the

amount, atready paid to the CCHs of the months prior to August 2019.

The District Educational Officers in the State are requested to adjust the

amounts from the dues of ensuing months payabte to the Cook Cum Helpers at

District Level without fai[.

They are further informed that the expenditure towards enhanced

honorarium i.e. Rs.2000/- Per month sha[[ be claimed from the Head :2202-01-
