Age: The participants child for Bala Ratna award must not below the age 5 years and not more than 16 years as on 31" December 2019. The participants child for Bala Surya award must not exceed %years as on 31% December 2019.
The Dist. level selection process shall be conducted in one day having 2 sessionswith proper activity tools and and evaluation system.
Participation of Children in Dist level screening as per the norms of the scheme would entirely be the responsibility of the District educational Officer, Deputy Educational Officer / DDO of Bhavan / Bal Kencra.
Two (2) Children from each stream at District level should be selected for attending State level
selections and Oichild from special category from ail streams from the category of differently disabled (Physically challanged).
While selecting for Bala Surya, the child must be evaluated in multitalentedie., in different fields of Art, Performance and 01 Children should be selected from each District.
Results of Local level Bala Ratna and Bala Surya Selections, Report of each District should reach State Jawahar Bal Bhavan along with tools adopted, Bio- data of evaluators and the nomination forms of selected candidates.
All decisions regarding Bala Ratna and Bala Surya Selection procedure / dates /
venue
will be decided by State Jawahar Bal Bhavan. There will be maximum of 8( Eight) honors for children including Special category in State Level Bal Ratna

Bal Surya Selections.
Below 05 years children evaluated
in Multitalented Le., in all above ......... 02 areas or at least in Dance and Music.
Participants would be required to submit authenticity of name, age, Date of Birth shall be
with copy of date of birth certificate with Aadhar Xerox. In addition, an undertaking taken from the parents stating that
they would accept the decision of Jury as final
