ORDER:

The following Notification will be published in the Extra-ordinary issue of

the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, dated.19-09-2019.

NOTIFICATION

The Government in consultation and on recommendation of the Hon’ble

acting Chief Justice of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh and in exercise of the

powers conferred under clause (a) of sub-section (1) and (3) of Section 4 and sub

section(1) of section 5 of the Andhra Pradesh School Education Regulatory and

Monitoring Commission Act, 2019 (Act No.21 of 2019), hereby appoint Hon’ble

Justice Sri R. Kantha Rao, former Judge, Hon’ble High Court of judicature at

Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh as

Chairperson for the Andhra Pradesh School Education Regulatory and Monitoring

Commission for a period of five (5) years or until he attains the age of 70 years,

whichever is earlier, with effect from the date on which he assumes charge of the

office.
