(Amendment) Act, 2019 published by the Ministry o f Law and Justice in the Gazette o f India,
Extraordinary dated the 24thJuly, 2019 as Act No. 15 o f 2019 along with a copy o f Notification
published by the Ministry o f Human Resource Development in the Gazette o f India, Extraordinary
dated the 0 5 111 August, 2019 appointing 5th day o f August, 2019 as the day from which the said Act
comes into force for information, record and appropriate action.
