It has come to the notice of this Office that, in some villages College going students are selected and positioned as Village Volunteers during the Village Volunteers positioning schedule.
The effective functioning a Village volunteer will be seriously constrained if the person attends to college. Such action is incorrect and needs correction.
Hence, all Chief Executive Officer and District Panchayat Officers in the State are directed to issue necessary instructions to all MPDOs to disengage such type of college going students engaged as Village
Volunteers. Similarly, if any selected Village Volunteer is found to be doing other private jobs, shall also be
disengaged immediately.
