I invite your attention to the references cited. In the reference 1* cited, Government have issued Service Rules for Teachers working in Municipal Schools of ULBs in the state. In the reference 2 cited, the Commissioner & Director of Municipal Administration, A.P., Guntur has issued time schedule for completion of promotions to the various category of Teachers working in the School having ULBs of Ananthapuramu Region. Accordingly, the final Seniority list of all categories of Teachers working in Kadapa Municipal Corporation was
communicated vide reference 3™ cited. In the reference 4" cited, vacancy position as on 31.07.2019 and details of all Teachers working in their respective ULBs was obtained from the concerned Municipal Corporation.
Further, it is to inform that, as per Rule 6, Note-1 (a) of G.O.Ms.No. 322 MA&UD Dept., dt.07.12.2016, appointment by promotion to category-I (Head Masters). of class-I , and category-I to 14 (All School Assistants) of class-II shall be made from a panel prepared by a committee consisting of the following members:
Regional Director-cum-Appellate Commissioner of Municipal Administration concerned,
District Educational Officer concerned and
iii, Commissioner of a Municipality in the Unit which is having largest population in the District.
